COPY AHP/MS E.Platford, Esq., 24th Septemebr, 1936. EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}20/MH.{M. Huckerby} Many thanks for your two letters, and for sending my 'Phantom III' back to London. I have only been able to drive the car a few miles since its return, but I must say the action of the clutch is tremendously improved, although there is still a little "judder" when ever thing is really warmed up. I think your man will confirm that this was quite noticeable when he delivered the car. Howeverm I will not make any more comments now, but will drop you a line when I have done another three or four hundred miles. I must also thank you for the comments on the body, and these will receive our immediate attention. Yours sincerely, (Sgd) A.H.Pass. | ||
