re Rubber Engine Mounting.

I am in receipt of Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/MJ.10.5.34 and note what you are doing in regard to Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car and 21-G4. I agree that for the reasons you mention it is important that the latter car should be fitted up in accordance with production detail drawings.

You do not say what is happening to 20-G4 which, if I remember correctly, was the first car fitted up, i.e. the car I drove on to Nottingham.

I should rather have liked to use this car at Whitsun fitted up with a scheme as good as you know it, which presumably would be on the same lines as Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car.

You might please let me know on the telephone on Monday. I should give the car a good deal of running which would be a useful test.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}
