85005 To Sg.{Arthur F. RUBBER ENGINE MOUNTING. We are fitting up Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s. new 25HP. car with the rubber engine mounting, in order to avoid delay we are actually making the parts for this car from the LeC. drawings and not waiting for BY's details. This car, therefore, when completed, will be to E's. design. At the same time this car is being fitted with the latest type carburetter and controllable dampers. We expect to have it on the road some time next week. As soon as we are satisfied we can arrange for you to try this car. We are expecting to fit up a similar scheme on 21-G4 car which is to run 10,000 miles test in France. In this case, as it will be a Standardisation test we would like the parts to be made from the production detail drawings so that there will be no doubt that the parts produced on the Production cars will be identical to those which are tested in France. We are treating this job as most urgent and everything is being done to complete it as soon as possible. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
