For the attention of H.E.Price Esq., _____________________________________ Dear Sirs, We have five 4" x 16 rims which we wish to have fitted to five wheel centres in place of existing 4½ x 16 rims. We were wondering whether, in the present circumstances, you could change over the rims for us if we sent them to you. If you are able to do this we will despatch them to you. The centre line of the 4" rims should be 0.275 nearer the centre line of the car than those of the 4½" rims. Will you please also let us know the rolling radius for speedometer calibration purposes of the following sizes of tyre :- 6.00 x 16 on 4" rims. 6.00 x 16 on 4½" " 6.50 x 16 on 4½" " 6.50 x 16 on 5" " 7.00 x 16 on 5" " 7.50 x 16 on 5" " We should be glad if you could send us an up-to-date chart of tyre particulars. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
