Change in chassis number for the introduction of the thermostat on top water connections.

X.3563 TOP WATER CONNECTIONS - THERMOSTAT. ----------------------------------- Will you kindly note that after discussing the matter fully with Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, it has been decided that we should bring in the thermostat at chassis 1500 instead of at 1250 which we were aiming at. To bring it in at the earlier chassis would have caused a considerable amount more scrap than was necessary under the circumstances. We consider that under the new arrangement in approximately three months time we shall be fitting thermostats. I think the above alteration will only affect "E" & "F" departments.
