File 11
Messrs.Rolls Royce Ld,
DERBY.
Attention of Mr.J.C.Bowering.
Dear Sirs,
JACKALLS FOR 21-G-IV.
Replying to yours of yesterday's date and confirming our telephonic conversation, we are sending our Fitting Manager, Mr.Bailey, together with a mechanic on the 11 o'clock train to Derby this morning for the purpose of making any adjustment you may require on the system which we have had the pleasure of fitting to the 21-G-IV chassis.
Mr.Bailey is bringing with him a pair of double-lift jacks just in case these are necessary. We would explain in regard to the latter that these jacks have been made up experimentally in anticipation of your requirements for the 40/50 chassis.
Trusting that our representatives will be able to satisfy your requirements.
Yours faithfully,
For S.SMITH & SONS (MOTOR ACCESSORIES) LD.

SALES DIRECTOR.
