We have recently ordered through the Harrison Radiator Corporation of America (see attached memo which please return) three fan belts to EB.221 and two fan belts to EXS.194, from each of the following four companies (making 20 belts in all). (1) Dayton Rubber Mfg. Co., 38, Pearl street, New York City, U.S.A. (2) B.F.Goodrich Co., 450, South Main, Akron, Ohio, U.S.A. (3) Goodyear Rubber Co., 1081, Main Street, Buffalo, New York, U.S.A. (4) Gatts Rubber Co., Denver, Colorado. We have already asked you to send an official order for three belts to EB.221 to the B.F.Goodrich Co., Akron, Ohio, (Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.4/AP.9.12.37). Will you please send the necessary official orders covering the supply of these belts - i.e. for five belts from each of Companies (1), (3) and (4) and for other two belts to EXS.194 from B.F.Goodrich Co.
