AMBROSE SHARDLOW & CO. LTD. CONTINUATION SHEET NO. 1. 30th July 1937. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Swift Esq., Messrs Rolls-Royce Limited, When your District Representative was here, it was reported to him that it was very little better. Your Representative suggested we should use turpentine to get over the trouble of the squeaking - although I did not like the idea of doing this, we tried it, but found no benefit. I am sending this Car into your Service Depot at Derby on Wednesday, and should be very grateful if you would give this matter your personal attention, or see that it is put into the hands of somebody who can cure the trouble mentioned above. Hoping I am not causing you any inconvenience, and at the same time thanking you in anticipation. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, A.{Mr Adams} T. Shardlow | ||
