Mr Royce recently read me an extract from a report which was made to him dealing with some bumping tests which were carried out on the dynamometer with the dynamometer drum fitted with cams during which the axle showed signs of weakness at certain places. Will you kindly make me a copy of part of the report which was sent to Mr Royce which referred to me as it will be undoubtedly of value in designing the new axle.

Would you kindly note that this copy should be supplied to Mr Moon and not sent to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence.
