To EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} CK.{Mr Clark} X.3461.

Hsl/LG9.3.20.

X.3461 LUBRICATION OF FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERS.

We recommend that before Cars are despatched that you should charge the connecting tube on the front shock absorber with grease. You will see by the arrangement drawing that before the grease can reach the bottom ball joint it must fill up the tube F.7283. This tube has a very large capacity and it is this that we suggest you should charge full of grease.
