Dear Sirs,

20/25 HP. chassis battery type 6-TBS7-A.{Mr Adams}

We have recently received a sample battery of the above type from you for our 20/25 HP. chassis.

Upon examining this battery we note that the lead washers under the cell connecting links have been omitted. Is this a mistake or has it been done intentionally? If this has been done intentionally we would like to remind you that it is almost essential for these lead washers to be in position, and this matter was discussed some time ago between ourselves.

Will you please let us have your comments and if necessary send us along a quantity of these lead washers and we will fit them ourselves to this battery. We note that the lead washers in question are fitted on the main positive and negative terminal posts.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
