20/25 SLIPPING CLUTCHES - C14/C.28.7.33

We are going down to Cricklewood tomorrow to investigate the cars on which there are complaints of slipping clutches.

We introduced on the 32nd. chassis in 'Y' series, i.e. about 300 cars ago, square type splines on the pressure plate as on P.II. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} has had no complaints of clutch slip on these chassis.
