W/S To Bs.{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager} from .ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to Ex. c. to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. WST y6116 ROY{Sir Henry Royce}7/MG20.3.35 re: P.100 Headlamps. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst6/MA8.3.35 Replying to Bs{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager}6/KW12.3.35, we have been in communication with Messrs. Lucas who advise that if we decide to adopt this new front lens they could arrange to change over at our convenience, as they have a small quantity of the glasses in stock, and there would be no difficulty in ensuring continuity of supplies. Referring to the last paragraph of your memo, we understand Messrs. Lucas despatched to Conduit Street yesterday, addressed for your attention, a pair of P.100 Headlamps fitted with the new type moulded glass. Doubtless these are now in your possession.
