We will endeavour to reply to the criticisms made on 93-NK so far.

It would be very helpful to us if we could have supplied a list giving the Sales criticisms on the EAC. car. The list would be approved by the Administration. The criticisms could be made under the following headings :-

1. Modifications and improvements which must be incorporated on 'V' series.
2. Modifications which are very desirable and should be incorporated as soon as possible.
3. Suggestions for future improvements.

The reports which have been sent are very interesting and helpful but we cannot tell under which of the above headings the criticisms which have been made should come.

We should expect that the list supplied to us would be altered or modified as more experience is obtained.

With regard to the 13 points :-

(1) We consider the present ignition control arrangements are perfectly satisfactory for normal conditions. We expect the car to be driven by the customer on both ignitions the whole time. Under this condition he will be able to creep along in traffic, we consider, quite satisfactory. The disadvantage with the present arrangement is when it comes to demonstrating minimum slow running on top gear. Under that
