(7) The petrol pump is noisy and should be changed. Please hand the defective unit over to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Bowering for examination.

(8) This car is another case where the engine is detonating at 60 m.p.h. and over. The advance characteristics of the ignition governor should be checked.

(9) The owner complains that he cannot read the speedometer sufficiently well to know whether he is travelling above or below 30 m.p.h. at night. We have asked Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/West to look into this matter.

(10) We are handing over to you the rear axle gears, which require changing. We have asked West to supply the necessary speedometer.

(11) Noise insulation scheme. As the car has to go to Park Wards for attention to the coachwork, this insulation scheme could be done by them unless you particularly want to deal with the job.

(12) Will you please do the routine jobs such as changing the engine oil, checking the tappet setting, etc. The tappet setting is .004" for both inlet and exhaust.

(13) The owner wishes to fit R.A.C. and A.A. badges to the car. The A.A. badge is in the pocket. Will you please arrange the necessary facilities for fitting these badges.

(14) Suspension. The car pitches a lot at high speeds. We have asked Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Leslie to try it and see whether he can recommend any modifications to the shock absorber settings.

(15) Please carry out modifications to the steering to lighten it as per Depot Sheet.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
