EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} X7910 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}1/W.15.2.30. EXHAUST HEATED THROTTLE. With reference to EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}11/H14.2.30. We are unable to appreciate that the production exhaust heated throttles are any more noisy than the system fitted to 22-EX which you refer to in your EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}18/T28.1.30 as being satisfactory. This we have demonstrated to you on the same car by the side of the first production chassis, and we do not anticipate that we shall be able to make any further improvement to this system in the immediate future.
