E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Fowler Clark,

I have had a certain amount of trouble with my ignition on the 20 H.P. Regularly, after about one hundred miles' running it becomes a bit erratic, and although the points do not look at all bad there has been some slight marking on them and cleaning them up has generally had the effect of abolishing the trouble. I have had one or two different condensers since I had the car but this does not seem to affect matters very much.

Is there some little trouble that you know of that you could suggest as it is rather a nuisance at the present time having to attend to them so often? An intermittent mis-firing results.

Yours sincerely,

GRN Minchin
