G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} The Tool Office desire to alter details of the 3rd Motion Shaft G.2824, to facilitate manufacture. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with, subject to parts already made, being used.

G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} The fitting of the Starter Motor renders it difficult to operate the Drain Cock on the Gear Box, and it is proposed therefore to alter the Cover and Guide for Sliding Shaft G.6761 for the deletion of the part which acts as the Body for the Drain Cock. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with after the first 150 chassis.

G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} The works desire to alter the length of the Planet Wheel Bolt G.6484, and Planet Cage Bolt G.6485 by .025. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with, but old stock should be used up.

G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} It is desired to alter G.6463 Pin, as regards the dimension of the slot, to correct what is apparently an old D.O. error. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

It is proposed to alter E.13802 and E.13799, Wing Nut and Lug on Brush Holder Cover, to give these parts spherical seatings. It was agreed that this should be proceeded with.

The alterations necessary to fit the Lucas Dynamo are not serious, as the Suspension Bracket uses the same casting as the Starter Motor, and the only difference is that the bracket is bored to a diameter which differs from the Starter Motor Suspension Bracket by 1/8". It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The Tool Office desire to alter F.6976 Pivot Cap as regards the over run allowed to the thread, and also to chamfer the edge of the flange instead of grinding it. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The Inspection Cover T.1076 for the Steering Gear Box is now a die casting so it is unnecessary to machine the top face. It is proposed therefore, to issue an alteration to this effect. It is agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The works desire that an alteration to the limits on the outside diameter for Pivot Cap F.6977. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The Drawing Office wish to alter the Rivet for Actuating Box, originally specified as F.7108 to E.10657 as the head of the former has been found to be too large. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The Works desire to add radii to the corners of the Condenser Plates both Mica and Tinfoil to assist them in' same.
