Minutes from a meeting agreeing on alterations for parts F.7167/8/9 and F.6985/8, deferring decisions on G.6332/3/5/6/7/8/9, and setting a recurring meeting schedule.

Parts F.7167/8/9 it was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with, but it was pointed out that these radii had probably been necessitated by the method of stamping now being tried.

The Works desire to add a chamfer to the inside of the lower end of the Steering Column F.6985/8, for centering purposes. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

The Drawing Office desire that to produce the inclined edge of the teeth on the Sliding Gears on the Gear Box by a turning operation instead of by a radiusing cutter. It was agreed that this alteration should be proceeded with.

Proposed alterations 3108 3109 3110 for parts G.6332/3
/5/6/7/8/9 were not agreed to, and these will be raised later when Mr. Bailey has looked into the matter further.

It was agreed in future to hold these meetings on Mondays and Thursdays at 2-30 p.m. in Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}'s office.
