Owing to a number of failures occurring on production due to the tungsten rivet becoming loose we have been handed a number of battery ignition contact breaker levers as follows:- ① Ten levers with points spun into position by the Tungsten Manufacturing Co. ② Three levers made up by R.H.C. also [strikethrough]with points spun in by[/strikethrough] the T.M.Co. ③ Three levers with points by the L.P.S. Electrical Co. rivetted in position by RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}'s dept. ④ Three levers with the tungsten rivets merely soldered into position.
