EFC2/T15.5.28.

We hand to you (BY) a number of battery ignition contact breaker levers with tungsten points fitted.

Attached please find copy of my assistant's report WC.105 dealing with the results of 100 hour tests on these. You will note that there has only been one failure, details of which are given in this report.

We have five rigs available for running, three continuously, and two continuously except for week-ends, so we can readily put in hand further tests which you may desire.

EFC.

Since writing the above, one of the three levers referred to in (2) of the report has failed after running 632 1/4 miles on 9-EX and we have replaced this with one of the ten levers referred to in (1) of the report.
