Tolerances

The tolerances we should expect to work to on wrap-round windscreens and backlights of the type shown on your drawings, but within our recommended limits of radii, would be:-

Total length round bend +0 -⅛"
Total depth (width at centre line) +0 -⅛"
Curvature 3/16"
Cross curvature ±⅛"

We should be glad if you would give further consideration to your designs with a view to modifying the radii to fall within our recommended limits and so make the glasses simpler to produce to the desired accuracy.
