For the attention of
Mr. W.A.Robotham.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of 19th. ult. and are pleased to note that you are satisfied with the results of the Delco four cylinder Distributor, after its bench test, on the engine.

With regard to the modifications you call for in your letter, it is rather difficult to exactly meet your requirements. The nearest we can reasonably attain is shown on our drawing 9A/11375 enclosed. The H.T.lead outlets cannot be modified to your drawing without complete new tools for the Bakelite moulds, which would not be advisable for service. However, from a perusal of the drawing, you will note the other alternatives have been arranged.

The three Distributors already in your possession could be modified to this drawing, by making new bases, and we should be pleased to do this on receiving your instructions.

Yours faithfully,
B.Puslton

M.I.A.E.
Technical & Works Director.
