Rear Springs (Continued)

The Off Side Rubber Pad F.88455 between the Rear Axle and Spring was damaged, the cylinder portion on top and side lip had been worn away.

Oil Piping LOP.F.86736.

Oil Feed Pipe F.87928 to the Near Side Rear Spring Front End was damaged by stones.

Oil Feed Pipe F.88847 to the Near Side Spring Leaves had broken at the Joint.

Rear Spring Coil Pipe F.88765 was fouling the Shackle Pin.

Jack Piping LOP.F.88559.

Condition fairly good.

Petrol Tank LOP.F.69035.

General condition good.

Stone Guard in good condition, considering the amount of work done.

There were signs of rust on the Hobsons Petrol Gauge; the dope on the Cork Float was also peeling off.

Front Apron. LOP.F.87519.

Condition good.

Petrol Filter on 2nd Crossmember F.88986.

Condition good.

Rear Roll Rod LOP.F.87605, incorporating N.S.4875-4890.

Swan neck of Silencer slightly fouled the Roll Rod. The Off Side Connecting Link had fouled the Brake Rope.

The friction load before test was 7 lbs and after test 3 1/4 lbs.
