Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter dated 14th March, in reply to our letter Ref: WAH/FMC of the 10th March.

We confirm that delivery of bearings as ordered will be effected as stated.

In view of the present conditions it is not practicable to guarantee that current prices quoted will hold good when your order is executed. Orders can only be accepted on the understanding that the goods will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of delivery, whether this delivery should be the whole or part only of an order.

Yours faithfully,
THE HOFFMANN MANUFACTURING CO. LTD.,
