For the tests specified in the previous report 19-X-20, the following apparatus will be required. ① H.T. Transformers with switchgear as described 21-IX-20. ② Testing stand. To consist essentially of two circular plates of about 1' dia, well faced & rounded off at the edges. One well insulated, the other earthed and adjustable. Suitable terminals arranged to connect to transformers.
