have given us an intermediate shaft scheme and equaliser suitable for use with EAC.II engine.

19. Steering Column.
-----------------

For both "V" and "W" Series EAC.II Steering Column with controls above the wheel, and Klaxon Switch on top of the column, will be used.

20. Starter Gear.
--------------

For both "V" and "W" Series the present EAC.III Starter Gear will be used complete, owing to the fact that of necessity we are compelled by the lack of time to order "W" Series material and produce it without delay, and since the Sequence Starter and the exhaust System of EAC.II suitable for same are both doubtful, we have got to go ahead as indicated.

21. Switch Box.
-----------

EAC.II Switch Box will be used for both "V" and "W" Series. This necessitates earthed wiring scheme - being produced which will work in with either a closed system for the Starter Motor itself or a completely earthed system for the whole chassis, similar to the 20 HP.

22. Support for wings.
-------------------

For "V" Series it will have to be as "U". Possibly also for "W", but West WitteringHenry Royce's home town will try to give us Goshawk type supports for "W" Series, if sent in time they will be used.

23. Autovac Tank.
--------------

"V" Series, a new cylindrical type of Autovac pushed through the dashboard and supported on a spigot, with the Autovac apparatus under the bonnet, will be used.

"W" Series, the present EAC.II type of Autovac will be used. West WitteringHenry Royce's home town will inform us where Klaxon Horn is to be carried for "V" Series.
