levers which have been specially designed for torpedo bodies and which puts both the levers right outside of the body, but we added that if for any reason this was impossible or they wished to improve an existing car then we would be pleased to supply them with levers slightly set out.
It is a regular job to set these levers in the shops to Coachbuilders requirements, the maximum amount being ¼" for change gear lever and 1" for brake lever.

We do not think the information given to the Belgian Agents should be contradicted unless of course Mr Royce again brings the matter forward in view of [handwritten: see reading] Mr Bailey's explanation.

Since writing the above we have received Mr Royce's memo R14/P 28.7.14 confirming that he is quite agreeable to the setting of the levers as suggested to the Belgian Agents.
