Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of the 14th instant, we are making arrangements to reserve one of the 14 h.p. Saloons from our first issue of 1936 models and note that you will advise us in due course as to whether the car is to be finished in two shades of grey or in all grey throughout.
In our opinion the all grey finish does not present a particularly good appearance on the Saloon model although it seems suitable for the Sports Saloon type of coachwork. We have much pleasure in enclosing a sample of the dual grey finish referred to herewith.
We will pay particular attention to this car and feel sure that it is likely to meet with the owner's approval when delivered.
Yours faithfully,
THE ROVER COMPANY LTD.
