Re Claudel Hobson Carburetters.

For the R.R. 225 HP at 1600 revolutions, I think we should use the Claudel 32 m/m carburetter and the hot water jacketed induction pipe. We must use entirely separate carburetters, as we cannot rigidly fix the two together with one float feed, without danger.

At 1600 revs. the 32 m/m appears as good as the 36 nearly.
Is it not for other reasons better, enabling greater HP at say 1200 to 1400, and better consumption all round ?
