Rear Spring leaves fail
Stress can be reduced by increasing number of plates.

Exhaust Valve head fails.
Stem thickness being increased. Standard Wraith valve.

Clutch plate Driving springs
Standard failures do not occur in service.

Rear axle wheel bearings fail.
Bearings increased 25% in capacity. Failure probably due to being fitted with too little clearance.

A number of minor troubles such as thermostats sticking, mis-firing on the pick-up, etc. occurred. These are being dealt with.
