X1027 With reference to your By2/P161022., the Terry spanners are not such a good job as we expected, either for finish or shape. Nevertheless Mr. Royce wishes to keep the sample set down here for use in the garage, and they should be therefore charged to his account. It was suggested at one time that we should make our spanners from 1 BA downwards in pressed sheet steel, but finally Mr. Royce decided that we should have them all as stampings.
