Rolls-Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. For the attention of H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Lidsey, Esq. Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 28th inst. in connection with the set of Mark II Jacks which we recently supplied for fitting at your Works, to Chassis No. GHA.35. We note that you are not at all satisfied with these Jacks in the matter of a number of points, which is rather surprising to us as we consider our latest type Mark II Jack a very great improvement on the old model in every respect and the design has been slightly altered not to reduce manufacturing cost, but to make this Jack stronger and more efficient. However, following on our telephone conversation of today, the writer will be in Derby, after lunch on Friday, to go into the whole question with you and he will bring with him another complete set of production Mark II Jacks for your examination. Yours faithfully, For DONALD SESSIONS & COMPANY LIMITED. pp. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} W. Sessions DS Managing Director. DWS/IKS | ||
