-2- (2) We have fixed the maximum temperature at which the main valve is to be fully open and bypass valve closed at 82°C. We regret that we have not made it clear that we do not mind the valve being fully open at a lower temperature: this would be satisfactory. (3) We will attempt to obtain a design using a greater bellows length in order to make the required range a practical one.
