W/S To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4086 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/T6.10.22. Re 7-G.II With reference to the attached, after the Paris Show 7-G.II car will be taken to the hills round Grenoble to see whether, now we have improved the fan, the car will climb the hills round there without boiling - previously it has not been possible to do this. We are also sending out for this car the later type radiator in which the shutters are integral with the radiator itself, and operated by a thermostat. Testsw will also be made on the steering. Thereware a number of complaints as regards this when the car was previously in France. We anticipate that the car will be back in England Oct. 25th approx. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
