In reply to your letter of the 17th. instant, we quite understand that you wish to find the best valve gear for the dampers, and you can rest assured that we have no objection to making you shock absorbers with either the Oyston valve, or any other that you find gives the best results for your needs.

When you have satisfied yourselves about the efficiency or otherwise of this valve, we shall be pleased to go into the matter with you.
