| S/W. c to K.{Mr Kilner} COPY. H7/MC.2.2.35. BENTLEY CHASSIS. GEAR LEVER RATTLES. ---------------- Please refer to your H8/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}12/HR.23.10.34. We are anxious to know if any progress has been made towards elimination of this rattle, and especially whether you can instruct Kingsbury as to how to eliminate it in cases of complaint. We are particularly interested at the moment because chassis No. B.134-AH., R.S. Ballantine, Esq., is coming to K.{Mr Kilner} from Hoopers, in a few days, specifically to have a complaint of this rattle dealt with. Will you kindly therefore send any necessary instructions at once to K.{Mr Kilner} and let us have a copy. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} | ||
