Worl/GR.{George Ratcliffe}23.1.32.

The following has been agreed, therefore, will you kindly go ahead accordingly:-?

14-EX. Can be used for transport work instead of 9-PK.

9-PK. Can be stripped-if there are any useful parts; kindly have these transferred to Repair Dept.

12-G-4. Can be used for the work that 7-CA does.

7-CA. Can be scrapped. The parts, we take it, will be in such a state that none will be worth recovering, and we do not want to stock parts that will never be used.

Halley Lorry. This can be scrapped.

22-EX. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} expects to give this up in about a month's time. Will he kindly make a note of this matter, and advise me when he is ready to give it up.
