9 The necessary jigs for shaping timber and body assembly would be made in the experimental shop and tried out before being issued to the bodybuilders. REMARKS. This scheme would enable you to control all details of construction, and would require much more space and equipment and a larger staff, the outlay for which, unless a large production is contemplated or that you decide to manufacture bodies at your Works immediately, would not, I think be justified. It would, however, enable you at any time at the shortest possible notice to recall all jigs, and either transfer them to other bodybuilders or commence manufacture in your Works. | ||
