A slight oil leak takes place at the oil level indicator.

OIL CONSUMPTION.
During the endurance test the approximate oil consumption was :-
2 pts./hr. at 2000 r.p.m.
3 pts./hr. at 2800 r.p.m.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD.
The sliding gland becomes solid after much hard running. More clearance or a split inner flange should cure this.

The present pipe has contracted and now does not properly register with exhaust ports.
