Hallam - Head Repairs}2/LW19.10.23. aluminium crankcase exceeding that of the pinion shaft. FIBRE WASHER BRONZE BUSH ADJUSTING WASHER A slight oil leak takes place at the oil level indicator. OIL CONSUMPTION. During the endurance test the approximate oil consumption was :- 2 pts./hr. at 2000 r.p.m. 3 pts./hr. at 2800 r.p.m. EXHAUST MANIFOLD. The sliding gland becomes solid after much hard running. More clearance or a split inner flange should cure this. The present pipe has contracted and now does not properly register with exhaust ports. | ||
