Dear Sidgreaves,

Nicholls 20 HP. Trials Touring Car.

I was very interested to read your remarks re the springing of the above Car.

The springing on very bad roads was perfectly excellent, and in my opinion could not be better. I rather think that the stronger springs suited bad roads better than the lighter ones, which you usually fit.

I received a letter from Mr. Nicholls the other day and he too could not say too much for the springing. I have not had much experience with the lighter springs, and I would suggest it is unnecessary to have two types.

Yours sincerely,

(Sd). G. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Pelham-Clinton.
