In reply to your memo MW6/B181213,
Mr Haldenby replies :-
"The Drawing Office should instruct the "battery boxes used by us to be made in "accordance with the Edison Co's ideas. "This should be done at once, as what they "say about Electrolysis appears to me to be "quite correct."

Will you please give the above your immediate attention. Apparently the whole of cell boxes in our hands at the present time should be altered, without delay, to prevent a recurrence of this trouble.

With reference to the above, instructions to modify the Edison crates to suit our outer battery boxes were issued to the Order Office 31/12/13.
