Sidgreaves - MD}4/E29.1.34 On the Terraplane car I found that, when I put on the side lamps, the speedometer was illuminated from the interior. This is a very good and attractive feature. What have we done about it? Our illumination of instruments even with the latest scheme is still definitely bad. I drove home yesterday evening on our Trials 20/25 saloon which I think has the latest scheme. The small instruments are well lit but the clock and speedometer are well lit for about one-third of the dial. The clock is not so important of course as the speedometer. Have we shown the people who make our speed-ometers the one on the Terraplane? If not, we should do so and get them to give us something at least as good. How soon can we have it? Sg.{Arthur F.
