ROAD SPRINGS (CLIPS) X8410 X3854 X5410

With reference to the riveted-on clip which you are asking for, R.{Sir Henry Royce} wishes to make one which exactly resembles the present Woodhead clip, but is attached to the plate through a riveted on cross piece. He does not care for the type in which the clip itself is riveted to the plate, and a bolt and distance piece clamp the upper ends together.

We send herewith N.sch.2406 and 2407., shewing respectively the proposals for the 40/50 and 20 HP., front springs.

Clips for the rear springs of both cars should be prepared on similar lines, these drawings being intended as guides.
