X8150 X1360 We have now completed our tests on the chromium plated water pump spindle. The results shew a definite improvement over the Staybright spindle and better than anything we have previously had. We understand that there is a difficulty in obtaining this spindle because an allowance of .005 was given on the spindle for the plating, whereas the max. amount of plating we have actually got on is .002 and this appears to be adequate.
