X502 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}3/KW. 2.5.35. 20/25 Rear Axles. Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} is looking into whether we can use on 21-G-IV the 9/41 hypoids fitted to 18-G-IV in 1930. Two of these are in the top shop. Our specifications do not show the piece numbers of the pinions and crown wheels. Could you please strip these axles and let Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} have particulars of the gears.
