Attention of W.A.Rowbotham, Esq.,
Dear Sirs,
With regard to the proposed construction of a thermostatically controlled pressure relief valve for a radiator header tank which our Mr.F.J.Grose recently discussed with you, we are of the opinion that an application should be filed for this device. We would suggest filing the application in the joint names of our two Companies and the inventor's. If you agree perhaps you would kindly let us know and we will take the necessary steps to obtain a patent.
Yours faithfully,
for, S.SMITH & SONS (Motor Accessories) LTD.,
G.S.STURROCK,
Manager, Patent Department.
