DOUBLE SPARE WHEEL CARRIER.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} has wired in response to my telegram as follows :-

" Spare wheel carrier do not delay SS.{S. Smith} by anything. Let original design serve as found convenient. "

from which you will observe that he is in agreement with the policy I have initiated viz. we carry on with the present spare wheel carrier and fit it to say the first two cars . If we get the new scheme quickly we will then arrange for further cars to have the later proposal.
