Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} JOB DONE - Rwpwym J00 to gman. We should take the opportunity of checking the bore wear and of blocking up three of the holes in the con rod Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} at W Re: Bentley Chassis B-22-AW. I am deeply ashamed of having had an accident with this car, and am grateful to you for arranging to collect it from the London Road Garage, Loughton, near Bletchley, Bucks, and also again grateful for your offer to loan me a car in the meantime. I hope the damage will not prove to be as serious as it looks. A Fairclough lorry coming in the opposite direction turned right across my front into a lorry park, and if it had been a lorry only I should have been alright, but when the trailer came into view I hit the rear end of same and I did not have much chance. I am sorry to have damaged a nice motorcar. Lp.{Mr Lappin} File Senior Range. Rat. Programme | ||
