Re Cadmium Readings on Batteries in various conditions.
Below are some readings taken with the Cadmium on cells in various conditions of charge & discharge.
When a good cell is charging & cadmium readings are taken immediately after switching off, the negative will be found to go weak whilst the positive is constant.
A cell gives a higher negative reading on the negative when charging with weak acid than when charging with acid of correct density.
There are no comments to make on the other readings as they are typical of what are usually obtained.
